Stewed Cinnamon Apple


  • 2 pink lady apples

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tsp brown sugar

  • 3 tbsp water


  1. Chop the apples into cubes, keeping the skin on and simmer in a saucepan with the lid on for 10-15 mins with the cinnamon, sugar and water.

Serve with French Toast, Pancakes or on top of porridge.
