2 pink lady apples

2 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp brown sugar

3 tbsp water
Method

Chop the apples into cubes, keeping the skin on and simmer in a saucepan with the lid on for 10-15 mins with the cinnamon, sugar and water.
Serve with French Toast, Pancakes or on top of porridge.
